Who we are

A reference point for tourism on the "Island of the sun"

The Duca D’Aosta is a family-run Lounge Bar & Restaurant in the heart of the splendid Grado, a seaside resort on the upper Adriatic, between Trieste and Venice, also known as “Isola del Sole”. Dressed in a new color palette, the recently renovated Duca D’Aosta presents itself as a modern and design environment where you can enjoy from breakfast to dinner in complete relaxation while admiring the splendid view of the historic center. Traditional Friulian and Gradese cuisine (but not only), interpreted in a modern way by our chef; The land and sea specialties are transformed into true works of art, rich in colors and flavors.

Each dish is made with top quality raw materials with a view to km0: from fish from our sea, to aromatic herbs from the lagoon, from asparagus from Fossalon to ham from San Daniele. After sunset, the Duca d’Aosta welcomes its guests until the early hours of the morning, for dinner or after dinner, with classic international cocktails and the refined interpretations of our barmen.
